General

Field	Description
Set the standard date format for ConceptShare	This option enables you to select a date format for all users. Based on locale: Format is based on the users' language or region DD MMM, YYYY: For example, `20 Mar, 2014` DD-MM-YYYY: For example, `20-03-2014` MM-DD-YYYY: For example, `03-20-2014` MMM DD, YYYY: For example, `Mar 20, 2014` YYYY-MM-DD: For example, `2014-03-20` YYYY-MMM-DD: For example, `2014-Mar-20`
Which section do you want to see when you log in to ConceptShare?	This setting enables you to select where users will begin navigating when they log in to ConceptShare: Activity Feed Projects Work
Set the standard time format for ConceptShare	This option enables you to select a time format for all users. Based on locale: Format is based on the users' region HH:MM: For example, `13:23` HH:MM TT: For example, `01:23 PM`

User Notification Preferences

Field	Description
Send an email when an Asset has been added	Selecting On sends an email to users every time an Asset is added to a Project or Review of which they are a part.
Send an email when a new version of an Asset is added	Selecting On sends an email to users every time a new Asset version is added to a Project or Review of which they are a part.
Send an email when a comment has been created	Selecting On sends an email to users every time a comment is added to a Project or Review of which they are a part.
Send an email when someone replies to a comment thread that the user participates in	Selecting On sends an email to users every time a comment is added to a thread of which they are a part.
Send an email when invited to a Project	Selecting On sends an email to users who have been invited to participate in a Project. Note: ConceptShare recommends selecting Off. Exceptions: If the administrator has this setting turned off for the account, your selection will not be applied. If Comments and Replies are turned off, comment digests cannot be created. If Comments and Replies are turned off, At mention emails will still be sent.

Render Options

Field	Description
Convert all files to support SRGB standard	Selecting On converts files to support SRGB standard. Tip: ConceptShare recommends that you select On to ensure consistency across browsers and improve image loading time.
Include speaker notes in PowerPoint files	Selecting On displays speaker notes in a Review when you upload a PowerPoint Asset.
Optimize uploaded files for ideal display and speed in web browsers	Selecting On optimizes files for improved image loading time in web browsers. Note that this process drops the image DPI/Density to 72 DPI, converts it to sRGB, and resizes it to 4050 x 4050 pixels.
Render PDF files as raster graphics (IE9 Compatibility mode)	Selecting On converts PDF pages to images for maximum compatibility. This allows Internet Explorer 9 users to view the full content of PDF files. Note: Text-based annotation tools are disabled for PDF files that were uploaded as raster graphics.
Save the original, unmodified file so users can download it from ConceptShare	Selecting On saves a copy of the original file format every time you upload a file. This ensures that you can download a copy of the original file directly from ConceptShare at any time. Otherwise, ConceptShare generates a proxy, which is then returned when users download an Asset.
